Huang Shan is home to the most famous Chinese teas – Huang Shan Mao Feng, Keemun and Tai Ping Hou Kui. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The following items can’t be refunded
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, refund can’t be accepted for:
– Custom or personalized orders
– Digital downloads
– Items on sale
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
